I schedule free measure and quotes while the customer is on the phone. I understand that everyone is time poor these days, so I work with them to arrange the most convenient time while they are on the phone. I know of the frustration caused by waiting days for a company to call you back with an appointment time. I also help find solutions to any problems they may have.
