Hi I'm Elliot one of the senior design consultants here at Blockout Blinds and today I have another outdoor room transformation for you.
00:13 – Getting great advice
What I come across on a daily basis is customers wanting to get the very best out of their outdoor area. In the first example here we've got a lady customer who went for Ziptrak blinds and she was really wanting to keep the sun from coming into the kitchen at the back of the house.
So for this particular Ziptrak installation we put one of the headboxes a little bit higher than the other one which allows us to get the best result ensuring it looked fantastic visually while functioning as well.
This particular customer didn't really want to enclose the whole area as an outdoor room so we only used two blinds to ensure she was able to keep the sun out of the back of the house.
00:46 – Getting full protection from the elements
Moving onto this next example, this particular customer wanted to enclose the whole back area. They were putting in a kitchenette so they wanted to ensure everything was secure and protected from the elements. We installed four Ziptrak blinds in total which stopped all the weather from coming in and helping them keep their beautiful kitchenette in pristine condition.
01:04 – Wedding bells are in the air
Moving onto the final example this customer was looking to enclose their outdoor area for her daughters wedding as you can see with the balloons. We were able to close off the whole section. They were still able to open up the area for use during the day with the blinds up and then for the wedding they could lock the whole place down by closing the blinds. This also helped to keep the heat in and the guests were able to enjoy the night.
01:25 – More than one way to skin an outdoor area
So just to recap, there are lots of different ways install Ziptraks and also lots of different uses for them. So it's key to get the best information to allow you to get the best use of your outdoor living area.
I'm Elliot and I can't wait to meet you.
